Frequently Asked Questions — Commercial Pressure Washing
Common questions about our commercial pressure washing service
What surfaces can you pressure wash?
We clean concrete, tarmac, block paving, brickwork, cladding, render, metal and most hard exterior surfaces. We adjust pressure and temperature to each surface to avoid damage.
Can you remove oil and tyre marks from car parks?
Yes. We use hot-water jet cleaning combined with appropriate degreasers to lift oil stains and tyre marks that cold water alone cannot remove.
Do you manage the waste water?
Yes — we capture and dispose of waste water responsibly in line with environmental regulations, which is particularly important where oils or contaminants are involved.
Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
Not when it's done correctly. We assess each surface and use the right pressure, temperature and technique — including soft washing for delicate materials — to clean safely.
Can you work out of hours to avoid disruption?
Yes. Car parks, forecourts and high-footfall areas are often best cleaned early morning, evening or overnight, and we plan around your operating hours.
Do you offer one-off and scheduled cleaning?
Both. We provide one-off deep cleans and regular scheduled maintenance washing to keep exterior areas consistently clean and safe.
